Wood Chips:
Our wood chips are chemical-free and made especially for use with The PolyScience Smoking Gun™.
Ground to a perfect consistency, they’ll smoulder slowly and gently when ignited, meaning a little really does go a long way.

 

Hickory Wood Chips:


Smoke Characteristic: Sweet to strong and hearty. Hickory is robust with a strong bacon-like flavour.
Good Food Matches:
It’s great with ribs, pork, and brisket or anything with a barbecue sauce. Delicious with vegetables and cheeses.

Applewood Wood Chips:


Smoke Characteristics: Slightly sweet, yet, dense.  Fruity smoke flavour.
Good Food Matches:
It’s excellent with game birds, fish and seafood, beef, poultry, pork (especially ham).

Cherry Wood Chips:


Smoke Characteristics: Light, sweet and delicate. Cherry wood gives off a wonderfully rich, smooth, sweet and fruity smoke;
Good Food Matches:
A perfect enhancement to pork, poultry (especially Cornish game hens and duck breast), seafood and vegetables. Cherry is delicious when mixed with hickory.
